Guide Review - Game Review: 'Deer Hunter 3D'
Hunting games are rare on the mobile, and Deer Hunter 3D successfully captures the thrill of the hunt, if not the patience for victory. Done from a first-person perspective, Deer Hunter 3D provides a handful of forests – from America to Europe – to hunt deer and, later, moose and bear. Finding animals requires hunting for fresh tracks on your map with your finger, then zooming in and picking the right prey (and the right time) to fire. Bagging animals increases your points – as will headshots, multiple hits and such – and unlocks new weapons, areas and difficulties. It’s very pick up and play, but the repetitiveness of Deer Hunter 3D makes intense, 10-minute sessions better than long turns. Deer Hunter 3D will satisfy amateur hunters on the phone.
