Today Apple announced a ton of new goodies, including the next line of iPods and the music social networking platform Ping, but the most exciting is GameCenter. Created by Apple, GameCenter unites all mobile iPlatform gamers, kind of like an XBox Live or PlayStation Network on the go. The free service will tell you when your friends are online, suggest games you may like and, most importantly, keep track of your achievement points! This could, indeed, be a gamechanger.
